Okay we went to bed at 2am, woke up at 5:30am. 6am was the yoga class. I honestly was falling asleep during the Kum Nye (Tibetan) yoga practice. BUT!!! I stayed awake. :P

Next was breakfast and then a nap then more food!!! lol (Lunch.)

First breakfast, but we gotta pose with the huge trees. These things are so tall!

There is wildlife on the premises. .

Thems there are Turkeys. They know they are safe, this facility is for vegetarians.


All the food (courses) are buffet style. Here we have cantaloupe, a plum, tomatoes, blueberries, yogurt, granola, oatmeal, some heavily diluted orange juice with water and (hot) pomegranate green tea. Good stuff indeed.

Then we took a much needed nap...then it was lunch time, lol.


Lunch was (not photographed):
Spinach salad, mushroom polenta with parmesan cheese, sweet potatoes with asparagus and frisee, chocolate raspberry cake and fresh fruits.
Yum stuff.

Off to Gerstle Cove for a hike and more photo taking.

But we tried, I was all over the ground trying to get the angle right for the illusion. But I just can’t pull my knees that far into my chest.
